Railway dam walk -- Strobl

An easy walk on flat terrain along the Wolfgangsee (Iake).
Car parking facilities in Strobl or at the sport fields.

From the village square go past the sport fields westward on the trail, which was (up to 1958) the former railway track of the narrow gauge railway, connecting Bad Ischl with Salzburg. Continue past the Pitzner Farmstead to the tarmacked Gschwendter Landstrasse. Turn right and go down to the jetty on the pedestrian/cycle path. Return to Strobl the same way.
